1. Who we are
Titanium Intelligence, Inc. DBA Oxygen Intelligence (“Oxygen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website oxy.tech and related sub-pages (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site. It does not govern data processed inside the Oxygen platform product, which is covered by separate agreements with enterprise customers.

2. Information we collect
a. Information you provide directly
When you request a demo or contact us, you are redirected to our demo-request form hosted by Typeform, Inc. Any information you submit there (name, work email, company name, job title) is collected and stored by Typeform subject to Typeform’s Privacy Policy. We receive the submitted responses and use them solely to follow up on your demo request.
b. Analytics data (with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the Site, including pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, and approximate geographic region (country/region level only). This data contains no directly identifying information and is processed by Vercel, Inc. under their Privacy Policy. Analytics are not loaded if you choose “Reject Non-Essential” on the cookie banner.
c. Automatically collected technical data
Like all web servers, ours receive standard HTTP request metadata — IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, and timestamp — when you load any page. This data is retained in server access logs for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted. It is not shared with third parties beyond our hosting provider (Vercel).

To withdraw your analytics consent at any time, clear your browser’s local storage and cookies for oxy.tech; the cookie banner will reappear on your next visit.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests and sales enquiries
- To understand aggregate Site usage and improve content (analytics, with consent only)
- To detect and prevent security threats via server log analysis
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK visitors)
- Consent — analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
- Legitimate interests — server security logs, responding to demo enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Legal obligation — where processing is required by applicable law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)
6. Data sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with the following categories of third parties:
- Vercel, Inc. — hosting and (where consented) analytics
- Typeform, Inc. — demo request form processing
Both sub-processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law. No other third parties receive your personal data from this Site.
7. International transfers
Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) operates primarily in the United States. If you access the Site from the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional transfer mechanism where required.
8. Data retention
- Server access logs: 30 days
- Demo request form data: retained until the sales cycle concludes or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first
- Analytics data: per Vercel’s retention policy (aggregated, not individually identifiable)
- Your consent preference (localStorage): until you clear it
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request erasure of your data
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — withdraw analytics consent at any time (see Section 3)
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@oxy.tech. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at privacy@oxy.tech and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
